Home Remodeling Project in Citrus Hills Florida

Good afternoon everyone. Matt with Castle Home Builders. We’re over here in Citrus Hills Florida. I’m going to show you guys a home remodel we’re doing. Spin this camera around so you guys can take a closer look. Did a lot of miscellaneous work in here. Some wall patching. Had to fill in some holes in the walls. Used to be a door right here where it ran into a den that’s now going to be a different office space. Putting down a large floor mat, 12x 24 tile. Got the team over here hard at it. Have to move a lot of wiring around. Putting some plumbing in for a pot filler in this wall. New refrigerator line. Refrigerator is getting moved across the kitchen. It’s going to have a new kitchen island down here. Putting in a ventless gas fireplace over here on this wall. These are hard at it with the tile work. Anyway, thought you guys might want to take a look at what’s going on and give you some updates and especially give you some nice finished coatings.

Morning everyone. Matt with Castle Home Builders in Citrus County out here at this deck project. Got concrete pump here. Going to be pouring some concrete for the project I lovingly refer to as mega deck. I’m going to turn the camera around so you can see it. Building a elevated deck, the crow’s nest, two story deck, Trex composite decking. It’s about 20 by 32 big deck. It’s going to have these concrete pads for the landings. Got Dave Smith over there doing the concrete. Also pouring a pad over here for a greenhouse while we’re doing it. Got 200 ft of hose here for the concrete pump. Yeah, it’s going to be a pretty cool deck when it’s all said and done. But just wanted to show you guys a project we were working on. I hope everybody has a good day. Thanks for checking in.

Entertainment Center Build: Wall Conversion Inverness Florida

Good morning everyone. Matt with Castle Home Builders. We’re out here in Inverness, FL doing a remodel job. We’re going to be doing a conversion from an existing space into an entertainment wall. I’m going to flip the camera around, give you guys a little bit better view. I’m going to downsize a little bit. So, yeah, this wall is going to ultimately have a shiplap finish on it. It’s going to have a recessed al cove in here. It’s going to accommodate a big screen TV which is sitting right over here on the ready line. And then the fireplace supposed to arrive today hopefully. Supposed to arrive yesterday actually. It’s going to go underneath. But I’m going to flip back around. Just wanted to say happy Friday you guys and give you an update on our latest project. And I’ll have some more videos and photos to come.
